This performance features the London Symphony Orchestra and the London Voices conducted by Kent Nagano. Featured soloists are Thomas Hampson in multi-presidental roles and June Anderson as the First Ladies. Barbara Hendricks performs the role of Seena and Kenneth Tarver performs the role of Lud, a White House servant and Seena's husband. Warren Hoge in The New York Times wrote after the London premiere of this work, "...the result is an exuberant work."
