October 12, 2020 - Eighth-grade students at Jackson Middle School in Portland, Oregon completed their Unit of Study on “conflict” and their Significant Question was “how is conflict created and perpetuated?” This profound question could not be answered with a simple “yes” or “no” response and encouraged the students to think about it all across the different subjects they were studying.
