The Goodman Theatre in Chicago announces a new "Wonderful Town" production for their 2015-16 season

Tony Award winner Mary Zimmerman, who directed "Candide" at the Goodman Theatre in 2010, will direct a new production of Leonard Bernstein's 1953 musical "Wonderful Town" for the Goodman Theatre's 2015-2016 season.

The musical, with book by Joseph Fields and Jerome Chodorov, and lyrics by Betty Comden and Adolph Green, won five Tony Awards when it premiered on Broadway in 1953, starring Rosalind Russell as the would-be reporter Ruth Sherwood.
