Symphony No. 3: Kaddish
Schermerhorn Symphony Center, Nashville, Tennessee, United States Dedicated to the memory of John F. Kennedy, Bernstein’s Symphony No. 3 incorporates the Jewish prayer of mourning, the Kaddish. More than five decades after its premiere, it remains a powerfully moving exploration of human spirituality and a transcendent plea for peace – all brought vividly to life by Maestro Giancarlo Guerrero, the Nashville Symphony & Chorus, Blair Children's Chorus, soprano and narrator.
