David Krohn Bernstein: A Life of Music Sunday, Sept 10, 2017 | 4:00 PM Leonard Bernstein at 100 is a two-year global celebration of the life and career of the 20th century cultural giant with more than 1,000 events on six continents. David Krohn returns to the Kaplan Theatre Stage for a retrospective of Bernsteins life featuring his classical selections, art song and musicals. Our concert beautifully coincides with Houston Grand Operas production of West Side Story that will be the first major American opera company to produce it, complete with full rights for Jerome Robbins choreography.
